HALLIE KAY
Hallie’s longtime affinity for all things Broadway sparked her passion for singing at a very young age. She performed in her first musical at the age of eight and eventually performed in over 20 musical theater productions by the time she finished high school. In college, she was a part of two a cappella groups, the NYU Cleftomaniacs and the USC Sirens. During her time in the USC Sirens, she arranged two songs and sang on their 2015 album, High Sea. Hallie went on to earn a Master of Science in Applied Consumer Psychology at USC, combining her love of child psychology with consumer research. After graduating, she ultimately pursued a career in Market Research and Consumer Insights, conducting in-house quantitative/qualitative studies at Mattel, Disney, and Nickelodeon. She currently works at Hasbro, where she conducts global audience segmentations and trend research to inform strategic foresight.
In the midst of endless data, Hallie decided to join Lolas back in 2017, and she immediately fell in love with the women, the music, and above all else, the chance to sing again. She has enjoyed performing with Lolas at The Hotel Cafe, Bar Lubitsch, DTLA's The Smell, and The Newport Beach Yacht Club. With the group back up and running, she is looking forward to future performances in 2025!
